Provider Havens

• Come visit the Provider Information Havens!  This is a place in each world that holds the programs adopted ‘Provider Pals’ information. 
•  After selecting one of the Provider Pal’s names, you proceed inside where there is a desk with a journal on it, a picture of them on the wall, and a computer!
• Click on the journal to read the provider’s and journal entries.  If you are in a Provider Pals classroom you can click on the computer and send your Provider Pal a question by email! If it’s a good question, your Pal may answer it and post it in the haven for everyone to see!

The World Bank

• The World Bank is a building in the “Uptown” section of the City Center. Here, members can see how many coins and points they have earned. 
• Members can also see the users with the top ten coins and points!

Newsstand

• Visit the news stand to see what’s up in Provider World and the Provider Pals program!
• From this stand you will find press releases, newsletters, upcoming events, etc.

Photo Shop

• This building will house the pictures from the Provider Pals Program (Provider Days, city experience, Camp Raven, special events, etc.).

Library

• Go here to find resources that will help you prepare for your challenges in each world! Example: Vocabulary for each world driving game.

Alumni House

• This part of the world was made especially for Provider Pals Alumni!
• Go here to find old friends and update your personal information! 

• In the city center you can play our fun Bushel Breakout Game.
• With your June bug, knock down the produce and try to catch it in your basket!  Us your mouse to move.
• Hint:  Don’t let your June bugs fall, you only have 3!

The Avatar

• When you enter Provider World for the first time, you build your character in The Avatar.
•  Once your avatar is built, you can visit The Avatar at anytime to change the appearance of your avatar!
• Your avatar is in the bubble – this will let you see what your avatar will look like in Provider World!
• On the left hand side there is a menu for you to choose the type of body feature you want for your avatar. To the right of the menu are different options for that feature.  Click on the feature you want to change. Example: to pick/change your avatar’s eyes, push “Eyes” and then choose the specific eyes from the options to the right.
•  On the bottom of the screen are different clothing buttons.  Your options for each category will be listed above.
• If you are a member, this is where you find any articles of clothing that you have bought! Your options will show up in the correct category.  If you have not purchased any clothing, or if you are a guest, you will have basic clothing options.

Stores

• There is a store in every Provider World town or village.
•  You can buy clothes in the “stores” With your coins earned from playing games. Every store has different clothing that relates to the town you are visiting. 
• To buy clothes in the store, you need to first enter the store!  Your coin count is up in the right hand corner, and you can only buy clothes if you have enough coins.
• If you have enough money to buy, click on the clothing item, and press the “Buy” button on the top right hand side.
• If you want to change your outfit, click on “Changing Room.”  Here you can select different clothes to wear! Press done when finished, and hit the back arrow at the top left of the screen to exit out of the store.
• REMEMBER, only members are able to save their clothes into their wardrobe.  If you are a guest, you will lose your clothes after exiting out of the game!
