I Want to View/Update My Account?

  • If you would like to view or make changes to your membership account, you may do so by clicking here.
  • You will be taken to an update page. Please be aware that we will check and approve any change in your profile after you update your profile.

I Want to Change My Username or Password?

  • If you would like to view/change your Username or Password, click here.
  • Please be aware that Provider Pals will check and approve any Username changes after you update, so choose an appropriate name.
  • REMEMBER to never use your own name or anything that will personally identify you when you create your user name.
  • It is a good idea for you to use a nickname, initials, the name of your favorite character, a pet's name, or something fun that doesn't tell anyone else who you are!

I Want to Become a Member?

Do you want to become a member of Provider World? Great! If you have not been given a username and password by a participating sponsor school, you may register now (monthly access fees apply) by clicking here.

I Haven’t Received Your Sponsored Membership Card?

If you are part of a participating Provider Pal school, but have not been given a username and password, please see your school staff to obtain one. If you have any questions, you may contact us.

Someone is Harassing or Being Mean to Me?

  • If you see something that is going on that you don’t like or makes you feel uncomfortable, tell us. We will check it out for you.
  • We don’t want to tell you what to say or anything like that because we know you have a mind of your own, but if someone says something really bad, we’ll do our best to fix the problem.
  • How? Hit your SafeChat Alert button to the left of your chat bar. You can then fill out the Chat Alert form by explaining the problem and submitting it to Provider World staff!
