How do I Become a Member?
It’s easy. Read below to find out what to
expect and then click HERE to
begin:
Member Registration:
- Begin Registration by selecting whether you or
your child is 12 or 13 years old.
- Fill out
your profile.
- Once you fill out your profile, read and accept
our Privacy
Policy.
- You will be sent to our payment
options page. Fill
out form.
- We will then send you or your parent an Activation
Email.
- Activate your account by clicking on the Activate
Account link.
- Look back over your profile
and approve again.
- Your account will be approved
and activated by Provider World.
How
Soon Does my Membership Take Effect?
- Provider World will be notified of your membership
immediately. After that, they will check your profile
for any inappropriate material and activate your
account as soon as possible.
- You will
most likely be activated within 24 hours. If
you haven’t been activated within 48 hours,
please contact
us.
Cancellations
- You can log into your account profile to cancel
subscriptions anytime within billing cycle.
- Provider
World Memberships are Non-Refundable.
