Program Deadlines for Provider Pals

• Packets will be sent to you by September 1st
• You must return your packets by October 1st
• Your Provider Day date will be set by October 31st
• Your information will be sent to the school that adopted you by November 15th
• You must request a date change by November 30th
• You will receive your handbook (that is updated every year) by December 10th
