Ray is a rancher from Dillon, MT. He is a 30-year employee of the Matador Cattle Company and has managed the Dillon Ranch since 1990. Ray and his wife Sue are National Environmental Award winners and continually help to improve the environment by implementing low impact grazing techniques, conducting scientific studies on livestock grazing effects, and re-establishing West Slope Cutthroat Trout fish habitat. Their knowledge and enthusiasm for their profession and rural lifestyle has shined through during their last two years of participation. They are excellent rural ambassadors and we are thrilled to have them in the Provider Pals program!
