Here is a little background on what our company does: Granite Mountain Quarries (GMQ) is a producer of crushed Granite.  We blast the rock out of the ground with very safe explosives and then we use big crushers to make the rock smaller.

GMQ has been in business for over 40 years. I have worked for GMQ for the past 9 years.

We have 4 locations in the central Arkansas area. Our material is used in construction applications such as roads, airports, buildings, and homes. Our normal operating hours are from 6:30 am to 5:00 pm.  We have night crews at our two largest plants that work at night to fix all the problems and prepare the plant for the next day.
